Playing "Darling Darling Baby"

It's just a song that...the O'Jays and I grew up in the same neighbourhood in Cleveland Ohio. Their manager was a DJ named Eddie Ojay. Also in the same area was Bobby Womack of the Womack brothers, they all lived in the same area, right, and I remember I've always been fascinated by, not so much Eddie Levert, I like Eddie Leverts voice, but I like the other guy, the other lead singer, the one who actually sang "Darling Darling Baby" and I always liked the texture of the song...and for me...I wanted to do it, not so much for anybody else, but for myself. I wanted to prove to myself that I had the control, that I could deliver a song with that kind of texture because I was so used to doing up-tempo funk
